A limited-time event for every holiday
Holiday Trivia isn't always on. Around each major holiday, a themed event appears on the home screen with a fresh set of roughly 200 questions built for the occasion. It stays live for a few days around the date, then rolls away until that holiday comes back around next year — so when you see it, it really is a limited-time thing.
There are sixteen holidays in the rotation across the year, from New Year's, Valentine's Day, and St. Patrick's Day to Memorial Day, the Fourth of July, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. Each one gets its own look, its own color, and its own pool of questions.
First up: Father's Day
The very first Holiday Trivia event is Father's Day. It goes live June 18 and runs through the holiday weekend — 200 questions spanning the origins of the day, famous fathers across film, sport, mythology, and science, and a few you'll only land if you've been paying attention. The Fourth of July follows right behind it.
Collect a badge for every holiday
Each event comes with its own collectible badge, earned by playing through the full set of questions while the event is live. They're seasonal by design — miss one and you'll wait until next year — and they bring the app's badge library to 56 in total.
Nothing to keep track of
The best part is that it runs itself. There's no schedule to remember and nothing to switch on — each event simply appears around its holiday and disappears when it's over. Just open the app around a holiday and it'll be waiting.
